I also had an infant age up to a toddler and his black alien eyes became EA brown with no option to change. However when I create a new alien in cas, they have the brown EA texture eyes, there is no option to change the eye colour, and also the cc skin colours are missing from the skin colour chooser. They still show their cc default eyes (and their cc alien skin, not default). Sims I have already made don't have this problem. I have recently noticed (no idea when the issue actually began) that my game isn't using the default cc for alien eyes. I use default replacements for human sims and all occult sims.
